2025 4th International Conference on Aerospace and Control Engineering (ICoACE 2025) has been successfully held in Beijing, China from Dec. 12-14, 2026!



This conference brought together approximately 100 experts, scholars, engineering and technical professionals, and industry representatives from the aerospace field at home and abroad. Centered on the theme of “building a diversified academic exchange platform and promoting technological innovation and industrial application,” it showcased a rich and engaging academic exchange event.

As an academic exchange event in the aerospace field, ICoACE 2025 received extensive attention and an enthusiastic response from the industry, with approximately 200 submissions. The papers covered a wide range of cutting-edge topics, including aerospace technology, control engineering, flow control, and noise control, fully showcasing the latest research achievements and development trends in the field.

The opening ceremony on December 13 was hosted by Associate Professor TianxiangHu of Beihang University. Professor Qiulin Qu , Director of the Institute of Fluid Mechanics at Beihang University, delivered a welcome speech, extending warm greetings to all attendees and emphasizing the importance of this conference.

In the keynote presentation session, four experts delivered high-level academic talks. Professor PeiqingLiu of Beihang University, Director of the ShijiaLu Laboratory at Beihang University and a scholar among the World’s Top 2% Scientists, spoke on “Frontier Technologies and Applications in Aerodynamics,” offering an in-depth discussion of the leading role of aerodynamics in aircraft development, covering key areas such as flow control for large aircraft, separated flows, and maneuvering flight of fighter jets. Professor Alam Md. Mahbub of Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen), a Shenzhen high-level overseas talent, focused on “Wall Effects in Structure-Induced Flow Vibration,” sharing the vibration response characteristics and research progress of bluff bodies with different cross-sections in confined flows. Professor Shaohua Luo of Guizhou University, a distinguished young science and technology talent of Guizhou Province, introduced innovative achievements in integrated circuit design and robust control technologies for high-performance electromechanical systems, providing new ideas for technological breakthroughs in the electromechanical integration field. Associate Professor HaoGuo of Beihang University further explained, through wind tunnel experiments, the generation mechanisms and noise reduction techniques of aerodynamic noise induced by fuselage cavity components, offering important references for drag reduction and noise suppression in aircraft.

The oral presentations and poster session served as an important platform for in-depth communication among participants. Young scholars from various enterprises, institutions, and universities engaged in extensive discussions on hot topics such as control strategies for flexible shielded hydraulic supports, decoupling in mechanical tests of mass-produced satellite solar arrays, multiscale prediction of elastic properties of composite materials, and elevation error analysis in vision-based navigation for lunar craters, fully demonstrating the innovative vitality of young researchers.

A total of 21 posters were presented at the conference, covering a range of specialized areas including adaptive visual servoing for quadrotors, landing gear system design for aircraft, and thermal control component design for spacecraft. These presentations comprehensively showcased rich academic fruits and cutting-edge technological progress in aerospace and control engineering, providing attendees with a high-quality platform for close communication on research experiences and the exchange of ideas.

This conference not only deepened the close collaboration between academia and industry, but also provided valuable opportunities for growth for young scholars and engineers. Many promising young researchers demonstrated outstanding research potential during the conference, fully reflecting the industry’s enduring drive for innovation.

The successful conclusion of ICoACE 2025 highlights the vitality and substantial achievements of academic exchange in the fields of aerospace and control engineering. We look forward to gathering again next year to jointly promote technological advancement and industrial development, and to contribute once more to the continued prosperity of China’s aerospace endeavors.
